All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singapore orders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

The products in the images are made of 14 carat real gold. They’re 585 meters. There is not even any low adjustment in the products in any way.
Our products with stones are zircon stones and special stones can be attached upon request. It will be enough to contact us for these.
Our products are made in our workshops located in Istanbul and Antalya in Turkey. If the products are sometimes not available, we produce the products very quickly and deliver them to our valued customers.
Payments for our products are made by bank transfer and virtual pos.
If you use crypto, we accept payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether.
Our products have a maximum delivery time to cargo:

Necklaces 5 working days,
Pendants 4 working days,
Bracelets are 5 working days.
